Today’s devotional is teaching us to hold our head up high and remember we are children of the highest King, Lord God Almighty. So many times we walk around with sad faces, wondering why we can’t have every thing this world has to offer us, but what this world has to offer is pittance compared to our inheritance. We already have the greatest gift this world can provide as believers in it’s Creator.  If He can create this world and all that is in it, how much more glorious will His home be??? We need to be happy and excited because nothing of this earth can take away what we have, and what we have can never be attained from anything on this earth. When faced with hard times, let us surround ourselves with the Word, get lost in it, and let it heal our hurts. Smile, you are a child of the Most high.
