Today’s devotional is teaching us the secret to Holiness. To loose your own identity and become fully a soldier of the Lord’s. To only do His work, and His will. Letting it be truly your purpose, your life goal, with nothing taking precedence over our commitment to Him. No longer just going about life totally drifting with no plan. Instead with purpose and great intent striving to live every moment in service to Him. Giving Him complete control over our lives, our body, our dreams and future. For there is no future without Christ and we must awaken and live like He does matter. Truly having no desire to take the reins, but fully content in following His plan and in His steps. Please Lord, let our nation wake up to God again, so we can be more prone to lead others to the awareness we achieve when we put God first in everything. Let our nation bow down and kneel, now before we are at judgement and it’s too late. There will be no more opportunities then, and everyone will see just how real and powerful our Creator is. Open their eyes Lord so they can see that your plan for every life is to bring them about to a good end. You want true happiness, and long to show them the only way they might achieve this is through Him. Our God is so loving and kind, full of mercy and grace, which are our greatest gifts and the highest level that we can ever hope to have. I pray, and seek with all my strength, that I might be able to open some life to the awareness of Him. This I ask in His Heavenly name.
